Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Second floor bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast table (seats 10). Utility. Dining room (seats 16). Sitting room (seats 12) with woodburning stove. Entrance hall with reading area. Shared use with the two other properties on-site of a heated outdoor swimming pool (10m x 5m) available 9am to 6pm, all year round. Exclusive use of swimming pool can be arranged directly with the owner, this being a maximum of 3 hours per property, per day consisting of periods of no more than 90 minutes at a time. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Second floor bedrooms have sloping ceiling and one room has restricted access via centre beam and head-height is very low, making this room suitable for children only. Note: Stairs to second floor are steep. Note: There are lockable doorways on both first and second floors between the two properties. Note: This cottage sleeps max 17. Note: The area around the swimming pool will be completed by the spring, but the pool is still available during this time. Note: shared gardens have space to play a
selection of garden games that are at the house. These include Rounders,
cricket, volleyball, croquet, boules, tug of war and giant jenga.
